Love the color and tonal balance on this photo, additionally this man (Michael Fassbender) is gorgeous and those baby blues pierce right through my heart. I love the emotion behind his eyes. there is so much sadness but so much hope. The forward slouched shoulders show me he’s at the mercy of the person who is looking at him. Maybe a plea for help maybe just letting his guard down. His hair looks so soft and natural with the way its slightly swirls off the head and face. Such a beautiful Natural raw portrait. -KM

After being on hiatus for 7 years Garbage has finally got around to producing their latest album “Not Your Kind Of People”. It was 12:45 am in Los Angeles this evening/morning I was restless, I was tired and feeling a bit heavy-hearted. In those moments I usually write, sing or listen to new music. I finally decided to listen to this album tonight. I’ve been listening to it for over 3 hours on repeat. It’s an amazing thing when a band or artist can come to produce music that is timeless in its sound and stay true to their artistry. Garbage produces music that is crafted so well. Her voice, her lyrics move my soul in a way that I can’t explain and those popping snare drums and hard swaying guitar chords take me back to 1995. I remember being 10 years old and falling in love with their self titled album and not being ashamed of rocking the pink cd because it was such a bad ass album. In saying that, this album “Not Your Kind Of People” is like a beautifully aged-whiskey. Its top notch! The track “We Are Not your Kind Of People” slowly melts my heart away like a Dali painting and at 2:25, I Melt into Garbage. To Shirley and the rest of Garbage thank you for coming back. -KM
