You may or may not know, but yes they have been close friends for a few years now and it appears that Rihanna really wanted to give her gal pal Katy Perry a hug at Coachella this past weekend, by interrupting her performance to embrace her.
On Day 3 at Coachella, Rihanna, 24, was singing in a pair of tiny studded shorts a cropped top and a BOY London cap when she jumped off stage to give the California Girls singer a hug. Hawt! Werk! Love these Chicks!
